The first pic is the front of the house and the free standing carport , I may enclose the car port and build a breeze way so you can get in the house dry if it is raining . The second pic is the back of the house , a deck spans the full width of the house and is accessed by sliding doors from the master bedroom , the kitchen slider and a set of steps on the right side. The third pic is the dining room/kitchen my wife insisted their may be one wife on Pelican that might want to see it ! And the last pic is looking at our front yard from the home .
The garage door on the back of the house obviously leads to the basement and it is VERY deep it looks like you could park 2 cars nose to tail . I will either build a man cave as a separate free standing garage or maybe make something out of the basement. Just need height for a lift . So many possibilities !
