I did a similar thing: 3/2, on 3 acres. Only 5 neighbors and each has 3 to 5 acres. 7 miles to town. Wouldn't change a thing.

Yes our current house has a detached 3 car garage that was built be the previous owners but I updated it quite a bit . I will probably pull all the metal cabinets I installed , the Mitsubishi mini-split and maybe the fans so I have them for the next garage . Unless the new potential owner wants to give me 5K for them . Will probably pull the scissor lift out of the floor also I had it recessed . Again all negotiable . Sounds like you have a great place also congrats .
