Like you I built a badasz Targa that I absolutely loved.
Not sure but I think we may crossed paths as I seem to recall seeing your car some where..MM?
I've owned a couple 911's prior and a couple after the Targa.
Long story short I found myself driving the Targa less so I sold it and picked up a 964..drove the heck out that car but eventually sold it and picked up a 75 Coupe which currently scratches the itch well...
All in all, other then the 75 the 911 that I miss and regret selling is the Targa..why? I think because I built it and had it "dialed in" so well and nothing is better then a fall night, heater cranked and ripping with the top off...maybe stick it in storage and see how you feel after a couple of months and then maybe you will have clarity well after April fools day.
One thing I can guarantee...you will miss it
