I think like everyone else says you will regret selling the 911 without a doubt.
I had a 1969 911 E that I sold for 36k to a flipper that did a quick restore on it. I regret selling that one for sure.
All though my 77 S with a 3.0 Twin plug is a much better drivers car and I enjoy it a lot more.
