The s2000 is a honda and Honda's were made to sit outside. There's at least 3 of them in my neighborhood. All owned by 25 year old or younger. My sons friend is in college and his sits for 6months at time and has never had a problem with it. It's a very durable car, still not a 911. Buy a hardtop and find a good place to park it.
Hope it was cheaper than 25k. If you sell the 911 and hate the Honda will you be able to buy another 911? Yes it could go up in value but it could also end up like a 924 or 944 great car but limited interest. If you can afford keep both 2 toys are better than one.
