Hail.
Really big hail.
Lemon to baseball size hail.
PDR would not have been enough, it needed at least 1/3 red respray and since its silver I would only do a full.
My carrier totals at 60% of value.
Repair estimate came in at 95% of value.
The math to buy back, fix, and then sell just did not work.
Not worth the headache to maybe get a couple hundred extra out of it.
