Definitely go for the 70. Its such a slight increase - I'm not sure you would notice. Also, depending on the manufacturer, there are minor sizing differences even though the spec is the same.
Depending on your riding style and conditions, you should consider 'soft' or sticky compounds. Throw wear and treadlife concerns to the back of the bus...........its a motorcycle........you only have 2 small contact patches between you and disaster.
