if they would have raised the bond 301 dollars..
and checked him out the first time while in custody..
this could have been avoided..

Yep, we debated this very thing at lunch today. We also noted that he currently stands accused of 8 different crimes (5 warrants, 2 DUIs, 1 investigation in Indiana). We also couldn't believe that our local judge granted him bail at all. Shouldn't he be considered a flight risk with the geographic disbursement of his various warrants?
