My advice is to drive car and just enjoy it. A theft recovery and subsequent repairs should not have much of a impact on the valuation of a car in my opinion as long as it was put back together correctly with matching number components but unfortunately a salvage title won't fly with many collectors. I'll respond in more detail offline.
