Magic Rack, it's called. Very thin plastic with holes placed to ensure a tight rack, supposedly as perfect as possible. Hopefully prevents Do-Dahs of the rack, making the match fair. Top players know how to make a rack to their advantage using an old triangle rack. Mike Dechaine, "The pain from Maine", is known to be a rack a-hole, racking to his advantage or an opponents disadvantage. The magic rack does away with many long rack disputes...
This "perfect match" by Shane Van Boening is very rare...at least as rare as a pitcher throwing a perfect game. Probably even more rare...
