Those are cast as a unit to the dash harness wires.
I cast them after soldering the wires to the terminals in a mold.
Not a separable part unless you take apart the entire dash harness.
I could repair /replace it if you send me the dash harness.
For testing:
Make sure all wires are separated, a few of the plug terminals will have continuity between each other with harness installed.
