Thank you, Michael for the compliment. It was a people's choice type event, not concours. Maybe its just the area I live in. Seems like the people involved in my club mostly believe in total originality. I must say I hate to see an old Corvette modified. I just love the way they look stock, so I can understand the reasoning. But if you asked my wife to describe me, it would be Mr. aquisition and modification.....no matter what it is.
My friend has a 1982 930 with a few modifications and he seems to run into the same problem at these events.
Jerry, good idea. I live close to Lime Rock and it would be great to get a show together that would feature race cars and modified Porsche's.
