Yes, all cars were wired for fogs lamps. The 67 like the 66 did not have a blank for the fog switch. The factory or the dealer drilled the hole at the time of insulation of the fogs or the gas heater.
If you still have the blanks installed in the front valence. Then the car never came with fogs lamps installed.
