As you noted Blue/yellow should not be in contact with the pin beside it.
Pin 2 clockwise from the alignment tab is measuring as shorting internally to pin 3 in same direction.
Likely it is the wires in the bundle that have shorted as they go into the plug or
in the taped section somewhere.
As I said earlier I can repair your harness. Just need to get it out and send it to me.
