I agree that it has been repaired, Not horrible but not to Porsche production standards, both from underneath and where it was joined in the engine bay area. Pretty obvious not to original standards repair. Most likely the quarter was replaced . In my estimation they should have taken more care when they cut the old quarter off. Also could have prepared the inner body better and re undercoated better for further rust protection. Sorry to be part of bad news. Best to sell with a disclosure & inspection from a competent Porsche body repair shop specialist now that the can of worms is opened and the previous damage repair is realized, ( better now than after the sale ) explaining the extent of the previous damage and the deficiencies of the previous repair, including inspection of the rest of the car for previous repair and adjust your expectations accordingly now that you know. Also include a estimate of the cost to finish it right would not be a bad idea as most of the heavy lifting seems to have been done. If the rest of the car is nice it could still be a better car than many out there. Good luck.
