Good point. She has a touch of surface rust at the rear of the pass. compartment floor. That's ALL the rust. She was sold new in Greenville, SC and has been garaged her whole life. Dash has NO cracks.
I was able to purchase the car yesterday afternoon. I intend to clean/sand the rusted areas later today, and then etch them with dilute phosphoric acid. Let that kill and seal the rust, then paint with POR 15.
