Happy Weekend!
Officially started mine. And it's a beautiful spring day as well
Not off to a good start though. Put some yeast rolls out to rise this morning and forgot about them. They got freakin HUGE! Supposed to just be dinner roll size, but when rising isn't being moniotred they grow to the size of big hamburger buns. About 2 hours too long. Still great rolls (fresh out of the toaster oven is fantastic). But like to bake them when about half that size to use for sliders and sandwich buns. Cooking them earlier makes them a bit denser so they soak up more juiciness.
