My next door neighbor had some landscaping and a lawn sprinkler system put in. When they did the work the street light between our houses went out. Called the city and they said the line was cut specifically where the landscapers had done work. Landscapers came out and claimed they didn't do it. The lady next door that had the landscaping work done paid to have the line fixed.

Told her I would have had the landscaping company pay for it since they are the ones that messed it up. She said they said they didn't cut the line. Told her to think for a minute. The light worked fine before the landscapers did their work. It stopped working when they did their work. The electric company said the line was CUT where they did work. What part of everything points to them doing it and they are lying does she not understand. AND they should have insurance that pays for stuff like that or they shouldn't be in business!

She also paid to have a mature willow tree removed after a tree trimming company came out and crowned the tree while she was a work. She had got and estimate to have it trimmed but did not okay it. The willow was perfectly healthy with no dead limbs. Told her if it would have been me they would have removed it and put in a new tree free for crowning my willow tree without permission in the middle of August.

She also paid to have all her vents moved to the attic. We have slabs with vents under the slab. She also has an add-on room behind her house. There is a safe in the add-on room that fills with water. They showed her that and how the pelum was all rusted out. You could only see the gravel in the bottom of the plenum. All the houses in this area have gravel bottomed plenums! She had no other problems just had them come out to see if the vent ducts needed cleaning. They cleaned her all right.

She actually makes comments that she doesn't know anything about whatever is being done, and doesn't have a man around to make sure it's done right. Think maybe you can watch them grin and see the dollar signs appear in these guys eyes as they talk to her about what needs done. But hey, all these people come from her church!
