i got here from a search for LR1865BE
and to fill in some missing info these are old OLD china cells that have very low power and very low capacity
these are 1300mAh cells and can only supply low current 4.2A
if you know what you are doing you can almost triple the power / runtime by replacing them with the Sanyo Panasonic NCR18650B{E}
