Need to know a lot more. There are a ton of factors which would change the value. if it is a 70 model, is it a T, E or S? I believe in 70 the S would have an aluminum decklid and that alone is worth about $4,000.
A 2.7 motor is crap, I can't imagine anyone racing a 2.7, so it is possible you have a modified 2.2 or so other kind of trick motor, definitely worth looking into as a good race motor could be $30K by itself.
