Well i ran up my test road, 20 miles, and when I got back I still had two nuts with a drip of oil. I was able to get 1/8 more turn, that usually happens when ever I've had them off. I torque them by hand and I just snug them down by feel, about 15-20 ft/lbs.

Yes I did file the surface of the cover when I had them off.

Interesting, before the oil change the Pax side cover didn't leak, now the drivers side isn't leaking and the Pax side had two nuts with oil on them, who knows.
