You can bet your life that this is the real "fix", but they don't listen.

As I stated previously, installing rocker shaft seals will most likely solve this problem! Trust me, I've been down the same road with one of my cars and after installing the rubber "O" rings on the rocker shafts I no longer have this problem. Do a search and you will likely find other posts on this fix.
