Boy you've got me really confused. Inside the valve covers (rocker covers) are the rocker arms. One end contacts the camshaft and the other contacts the valve stem. If this is what you are referring to I'm at a lose for how that would cause oil to leak out of the valve/rocker covers.
I've had the turbo covers for 15+ years. I usually tighten the nuts just snug and then come back after some driving and check for loose ones. If so I just snug them up a little. This time my little leaks where on the drivers side before the valve adjustment and now the little leak is on the other side.
