Have your wrench make the decision on the timing components. Theis guy saved you plenty already with his diligence.
I say ramps, chains and brand new tensioner assemblies at a minimum. You need to re-time the cams anyways with the new chains so let him make the call on the sprockets.
If on a budget you can just get those safety collars for the tensioners after parts refresh, especially if the engine is in time. This is a band-aid.
