Don't be so easily fooled. They were just trying to get you to talk. Here in Fairfax Co., they actually have sensors built into their flashlights which can tell them if you have any booze on your breath. That's when the questions turn from "Is that a turbo?" to "Have you had anything to drink tonight?".
