I put on a set of the Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ on my '80SC. I love them, probably the
best tires I've had on this car in the last 35yrs!
By the way, bought them at Costco with their $70 off for a set of four promotion.
Saved close to $200 versus TireRack with their shipping charges and then having to find a good installer.
The Costco install could not have been more professional. I watched like a hawk and they did it all correctly, used torque wrench, jacked up with MY jackpads, new valve stems and the balance was perfect.
They also fill with nitrogen (with free refill anytime) and give free road hazard warranty and free lifetime balance. I could not be happier. Just my $.02
