It's not the carrier who is mad here. She is an independent contractor. Does a good job. It's a new post office central manager who started the problems. The carrier had no problem with the "low" mailboxes...the inspection team sent out by this new manager did. Actually, since she makes her deliveries in a compact car, the higher boxes may cause her more difficulty than the current height. But "rules are rules"...
