Skiing? Think of the poor teenage guys in this area who thought they were great downhill racers back around 1960...skiing Hoodoo bowl up on the Santiam pass.
Only to get passed by a girl named Jean Saubert. First USA woman to win an Olympic medal in downhill...1964. Her dad worked for the Forest Service, based in Sweet Home. She lived in Cascadia.

What I'd like to have done? Started investing earlier in life. I did a lot of playing when younger. Cars, motorcycles, SCUBA, hunting & fishing, backpacking, girls, etc. Spent to much on toys...
