Eyeball measurement says 36" to bottom. Tough to be exact because the carrier pulling in & stopping has worn a track that varies in depth. So, the specs call for measuring from where the carrier stops??? When I installed the box, I set it at 43"...spot in the middle.

Bottom line..the county moved them, the county should fix 'em. So far, no word from the commissioner. Sure the new USPS bigwig is being nit picky, but the rules are the rules...
