I'm in the add a zero to your budget crowd. I don't see how you can get it operable and comfortably running for five grand. It's rusted to pieces. It's time to pay respects to grandpa and say it's been used up. There isn't any place for it anymore just like anything else that's been used up and isn't needed any more. That doesn't detract from how valuable it was, it just means that it had served its purpose. Let it go.

If there are some parts that are useful or valuable to others, part it out and be happy it is able to live on as a doner. Otherwise, just let it go.
