Quicksilver: Thanks for your reply. I have purchased HF tools, but only in rare situations. Unless I can't find something for a reasonable price with either a recommendation or good review, I will avoid them.
I believe I read in a Pelican post that a 3.2 should have 35 psi at the rail.
