Thank you Nick and the pelican Staff for all the advice.
I actually removed the plugs, replace the old plugs and the car is running great again. Turns out it was a bad NEW plug in the number three cylinder that was the issue. Just to be safe I also swapped the ignition coils from one bank to the other to see if one of them were bad. All were fine. Thanks for help, advice, and great articles and pictures.
