Not as happy as you will be with better answers!
As to the fuse failures: I'm a bit puzzled as the fuse/relay box feeds current to the devices through a multitude of wires and harnesses. To have as many failures as you report these have to have a pattern. Possibly the same harness that has damage on some point.
Need more info.
