[Salty Springs]

My daughter had a reveal party yesterday in Tampa (for you old geezers like me this is when the couple reveals the sex of there baby) Her best friend's husband is a pro ball player and makes decent money. They pull up in there brand new Tesla. Of course me being my normal smartass self says "nice looking Kia ". He looks at me and my son,who just bought a Cayman and says. Put down your beer and I"ll take you for a ride. I have seen these cars before and thought they were beautiful but have never been in one. The inside is very high tech and impressive. Steve says "hang on" hits some button and floors it. My God, I have been in a few fast cars in my day and thought I even owned one. This car actually punches you back in your seat and leaves you breathless. Could not believe the acceleration. According to him it goes 0-60 in 2.5 seconds/over 600 HP/and will go almost 300 miles on a charge. Pretty impressive for a 4 door sedan that weighs over 5,000 lbs. Hope all had a great memorial day.
