In Vancouver, there's a few Cars & Coffee events to look out for. There's a Carbs & Coffee even in North Vancouver June 10th at 1384 Main Street from 7-10 a.m.
There is the Dreamcycle museum in Sorrento (Okanagan area).

There is the Reynolds Alberta Museum in Wetaskiwin - which if you are driving from Edmonton to Calgary is just off the highway - however if you are travelling from Banff to Jasper on Highway 93 you won't be even close.
