What shocks me is how the media can just make up whatever facts they want to use in a story.
Apparently, he was tested twice, blew a .00 and was cooperative.
And the officers claim of smelling alcohol on his breath, lets just say that's a horse**** claim used by too many police officers to justify sobriety tests. Sometimes cops are your friends and sometimes they are not.
