I see Bullitts listed from time to time with ridiculous low miles,,,very mint. Owners asking $25Kor a bit less. Obviously bought thinking they would become a sought after collectable. All I can do is wish your BIL good luck with that. Honestly, I think his odds of making a gain would have been better if he'd walked into a casino, walked up to the roulette wheel, and put $40K on red.
