Dear Members
I have my outer DISA valve flap broken off on my 2006 325i (N52B25A engine), most probably laying somewhere inside the intake manifold. The car is usable, but before I replace the DISA valve to a new one, I need to dig the broken flap out somehow. Do you have any idea if this is possible without removing the manifold completely?
I am also wondering if it is possible to check the inner DISA valve as well without removing the whole manifold as manifold removal seems to be a very long procedure to me?
Thanks,
Tamas
