I think $100k is about fair value for a 91 turbo with 55k in driver condition and not a lot of history.
That car does not look particularly nice. Some of the panel gaps are just ok. There are chips around on the body. The door sill rubber seals are shot. The front lip needs to be fixed. The car looks rode hard and put away wet.
There are quite a few 965's on the market, many have been there for a long time at prices even higher.
