I had a very nice SS pot much like the one posted above... but my wife gave it away.

The ISE isn't the best and they really don't get boiling hot. We put lots of those instant hot units in people's homes and if you decide to install one, get the Everhot. Its a solid unit and they last longer with parts available. We no longer boil water, and use that only. Sorry about the side track on this thread.
