That car does not look particularly nice. Some of the panel gaps are just ok. There are chips around on the body. The door sill rubber seals are shot. The front lip needs to be fixed. The car looks rode hard and put away wet.
There are quite a few 965's on the market, many have been there for a long time at prices even higher.

Agreed. If you can pick up those cosmetic issues from the professional photos it will most likely look worse in person. If there is an absence of engine/service documentation it's a major gamble over $100k.
