Bump steer kit is a must on any car lowered.
I know this might sound stupidly basic, but try swapping the front wheels (if the tires are not directional). I've had two cars in the past with alignment and/or shimmy and a simple wheel swap did the trick. Also you may want to consider your rotors. Even the slightest warping can cause your steering wheel to shake, the frequency may be most evident at 60-70 mph.
