Good Day, My idle control valve stays vibrating even with ignition off.

I just got back from a two day 500 mile run. Car runs great, no issues when running. I did have a warm start problem after 200 miles, stopped the car for 20 minutes, then no start. Tested and found no spark from coil. Changed out the DME relay, swapped with different coil. Still no start. Put back original DME and coil, after another ten minutes, and double checking DME, car started. No further problems from the trip except maybe a drop of rpms very low between shifts.

Tonight, walked out to the garage and heard the ICV running. Bentley manual seems to reference a no run condition, mine will not shut off.

Any thoughts?
