You would need to look the car over. It is hard to say if there are panel gaps or just the pictures playing tricks. At a minimum fixing the smile is easy enough to do and would make first impressions better.
What really concerns me is storing the scissor jack the way they did. No doubt there is damage to the underside of the hood from this. What other stupid things have been done over the years.
