I use the stock jack support holes (side of body) but I have one of those fittings that you can then put a jack under. Not sure what that is called but you can buy them on Pelecan.
After I jack the side of the car up, I place Jackstands under the rear torsion bars (under the fender). If you want to jack the car fairly high, I would do this in increments (i.e., aome on each side, then a little more).
