not including over a dozen promo spots for other NBC shows and cut-a-ways to local news & weather.
Not sure if this is true or not, but I remember reading somewhere that we here in the US are exposed to more advertising in one year than our parent's generation saw in their entire lifetimes. And it's only gonna get worse...
