Part Source - Update
Just an update on my part search.
I found the part from a salvage operation in PA (they advertise in the PCA magazine - AutoTech is the name).
The salesperson there (Bill) was very helpful. He knew what I was describing and shipped it out to me.
The cost for the part (sans shipping) was $15.
I had of course called PartsHeaven but the salesperson there did not know what I was requesting and instead we ended up discussing a catalytic converter - PartHeaven priced at $175. FWIW the AuthTech price for the same part is $75.
