I wasn't able to view the video, but if someone else viewed it and pointed towards the distributor, yes, I had that noise in my 82 SC recently. First indication was to just use my hand and grab the distributor body while the engine was running. I could feel something really crunchy/out of balance. Shut it off and removed the distributor cap. Noticed that the lower parts of the metal contacts for each spark plug wire were chewed up. Pulled the distributor from the engine and realized the fiber washers around the shaft were gone. Done. Worn slap out. The shaft had a LOT of up and down play. I would guess the distributor drive gear was doing a lot of jumping up and down on the gear that drives it. Installed a known good distributor and problem solved.
