Hi Jason..you could have combination of noises...
Posibly valve adjustment..it also sounds --as loose heads or broken stud...
It will be nice to know --any oil leaks..is this video is warm or cold ?If you hear this noise when cold, potentially broken valve spring.If hot engine valve adjustment.
Also the video would be better if you would go left to right to locate for us the noise.
You chain tensioner on right could be collapsed...

make a better video and to locate the noise use a long screwdriver .One end to your ear(in a fist) and the other strait to the problem spot.
