Here is a borrowed from another member(cough cough).
Left side of the image is toward the front of the car.

1. Remove the 13mm nuts/bolt
2. Loosen a 15 or 17mm bolt to slide your new sway bar bracket into place.
3. Tighten that 15 or 17mm bolt.
4. Reverse step 1
5. Drive it like you stole it (optional)
